Insurance Corporation are very proud to be one of the business sponsors in this year’s Guernsey Press Design-an-Ad competition. Last night we had great pleasure in attending the Junior Awards presentation evening at St Pierre Park Hotel, where young designers in the Island received certificates and trophies in recognition of their efforts.
We were asked by the Guernsey Press to supply them with an advertisement brief which they forwarded on to all the Junior and Senior schools. All the entries were judged by a panel from the Guernsey Press and last night they announced the winners in the Junior section.
Michelle Arundale, our HR & PR Executive, was there to present the Certificates on behalf of Insurance Corporation. There were a number of entries for Insurance Corporation and the Guernsey Press awarded the following prizes in our category:-
1st Prize – 11 year old Tobias Lawson from St Martins Primary
2nd Prize – 11 year old Leyla Luff from St Martins Primary
3rd Prize – 10 year old Evie Bougourd from La Mare De Carteret Primary
Congratulations to all who took part. We think they are great and we are now looking forward to the Senior Awards which will take place next Tuesday, 23rd June at St Pierre Park Hotel!
